DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As an intern of the Enterprise Partnerships & Cards department, the intern will assist the team in supporting the new development of partnerships, optimization & reporting of existing partnerships in APEC. Key tasks for the intern:
1) Monthly performance reporting of existing partnerships in APEC
2) Development support for upcoming partnerships
3) Competition landscape analysis
4) Support launch planning, operational coordination & on ground activation
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
You should be a high-potential intern who is passionate, committed and keen to establish a career in the hospitality industry with the following attributes:
Possess strong ethical values and behavior
Creative, driven and having an inquisitive mindset
Resourceful in solving issues and problems, leveraging resource to get resources
Good use of IT software, hardware, other media forms is a plus.
Excellent utilization of MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Excess
Ability to work independently and take initiative, strong time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative work environment, especially in a multicultural team, and with all departments – both above property and at the hotels
Effective written and verbal communication skills, creating an environment allowing timely information flows throughout the organization
QUALIFICATION STANDARD
Education: Undergraduate in brand marketing, preferably in their third year of undergrad studies Requirements Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program Grooming: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Marriott standards.
