We are delighted to be assisting with a luxury boutique hotel located in South East Wales. Part of a highly acclaimed group of hotels and event venues, they are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the team of their 2 AA Rosette Restaurant.
You must be able to drive due to the location of the hotel.

- £15.72 per hour plus £2,000 to £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef…
- Creating a variety of stunning modern British dishes for guests enjoying their 2 Rosette restaurant
- Working closely alongside the talented Head Chef to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
- Making the most of the hotel's access to the very best, seasonal ingredients
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
